Will-Call bookings have required a call to Amera 45 min prior to the client needing a return ride. Wait and Return bookings will have a driver on standby for an additional cost per 30 min.


For both will call or wait and return bookings Amera will allow a 15 min courtesy wait period upon arrival. Additional charges will apply after 15 min.


Please take note: Amera understands the importance of on-time arrival to a medical appointment. Unforeseen delays due to weather, traffic, accidents, or street closures may happen. Amera is not responsible for agreements made between the patient and the facility including extra charges for delays.


Cancelations needs to be notified 24 hours before the trip.
